Prices on request – depending on the apartment type (Studio Compact, Studio Plus, Premium). With a free pre-registration you'll receive the terms for your preferred type.
First occupancy from October 1, 2026. Model apartments can be viewed on request from August 15, 2026. Pre-registration via the waiting list is free at any time.
No, the leases are standard residential leases and therefore open-ended. A minimum rental period of 12 months applies. After that, you can stay as long as you like.
Fully digital: submit an inquiry via the website, arrange viewing appointments, visit the model apartments from August 15, then get access to the digital rental portal for self-disclosure and signing the lease.
Yes, all apartments come with custom-made furniture and are ready to move in: built-in kitchen incl. appliances, bed, wardrobe, open coat rack, room divider shelf, desk with shelving wall, and a bench in the window nook – interior by Studio Losos.
